BigRep BVOH
BigRep BVOH Water-Soluble Support Filament
BigRep BVOH is a high-performance water-soluble support filament engineered to simplify post-processing for complex dual-extrusion 3D prints. Designed to create temporary support structures that dissolve completely in water, BVOH enables the production of intricate geometries, internal channels, and delicate overhangs that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional breakaway supports.
Offering excellent adhesion to a variety of engineering materials, BigRep BVOH produces cleaner surface finishes while significantly reducing manual support removal. Once printing is complete, supports dissolve in cold or warm water, leaving behind high-quality parts with minimal post-processing effort.
Optimized for industrial FDM/FFF printing, BigRep BVOH is an ideal companion material for ASA, PLX, PRO HT, HI-TEMP, HI-TEMP CF, and TPU 98A when used in dual-extrusion printers.
