DELRAY Tough PLA Pro DM
Tough PLA Pro DM
Tough PLA Pro DM is a high-performance industrial PLA filament engineered for demanding applications requiring excellent mechanical strength, high printing speeds, and improved heat resistance. Designed to combine the ease of printing associated with PLA with mechanical performance comparable to ABS, Tough PLA Pro DM provides an excellent balance of strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, and printability.
Engineered for industrial FDM/FFF manufacturing, Tough PLA Pro DM can achieve printing speeds exceeding 120 mm/s while maintaining excellent mechanical properties and a clean semi-matte surface finish. Its low-shrinkage characteristics help maintain dimensional accuracy and reduce the warping and delamination commonly associated with ABS.
Tough PLA Pro DM is also designed for applications requiring elevated temperature performance. When annealed, the material can achieve a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 95°C or higher while maintaining negligible shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability.

• Build Plate Temperature: 50–60°C
• Heated Bed: Optional
• Annealing: Recommended for applications requiring maximum heat resistance
Tough PLA Pro DM can be printed without a heated bed and adheres to most common print surfaces. When using a heated bed, a temperature of approximately 50–60°C is recommended. For best results, use an appropriate adhesive or print surface/sticker.
Higher printing temperatures can increase material flow and enable higher printing speeds. A printing temperature around 240°C ±10°C can further increase the material's flow rate for high-speed applications.
Storage
Store Tough PLA Pro DM in a cool, dry environment and protect it from UV exposure. Proper storage helps maximize material shelf life and maintain consistent printing performance.
Production & Availability
Tough PLA Pro DM is produced to order for larger-volume requirements. Orders for 8 kg may require up to 2 weeks for material production prior to shipment. Please allow additional lead time when ordering quantities of 8 kg or more.
Additional Information
Tough PLA Pro DM is specifically engineered for industrial applications where high-speed printing, mechanical performance, and dimensional accuracy are important. Its high crystallinity provides increased stiffness at elevated temperatures, while annealing further improves heat resistance.
Unlike conventional ABS, Tough PLA Pro DM offers negligible shrinkage after annealing, helping maintain excellent dimensional accuracy. Its semi-matte finish also provides an attractive appearance while helping conceal visible layer lines.
