Fiberon™ PET-GF15 1.75mm 3D Printer Filament
Fiberon™ PET-GF15 combines PET with 15% glass fiber reinforcement to deliver a strong, rigid, and dimensionally stable engineering material that remains relatively easy to print. It bridges the gap between everyday usability and industrial performance, making it an excellent choice for functional parts that require more stiffness and thermal resistance than standard PETG.
With a bending strength of up to 104.2 MPa and a bending modulus of 3705 MPa in the XY direction, PET-GF15 provides excellent rigidity for structural and mechanical components. Its glass fiber reinforcement also helps minimize warping and maintain dimensional accuracy on larger parts.
PET-GF15 offers a refined surface finish with less visible fiber exposure than many carbon-fiber- and glass-fiber-reinforced materials. It is also compatible with Bambu AMS and other multi-material systems, providing greater flexibility for automated and multi-color workflows.
For applications requiring elevated temperature resistance, PET-GF15 can be annealed at 120°C for 16 hours. After annealing, Polymaker specifies HDT up to 133°C at 0.45 MPa and dimensional change below 0.5%.

Because PET-GF15 contains 15% glass fiber, a hardened wear-resistant nozzle is required. Polymaker notes that standard brass nozzles can wear rapidly, with brass-nozzle life potentially around 9 hours.
PET-GF15 is also moisture-sensitive and should be stored and printed under dry conditions, ideally below 20% relative humidity. When printing on textured PEI, use a suitable release layer and allow the build plate to cool completely before removing parts.
Additional Information
Annealing is not required for general-purpose applications, but it is recommended when parts need improved high-temperature performance and maximum mechanical properties. Anneal at 120°C for 16 hours while avoiding applied loads and uneven oven temperatures. Supports may be retained during annealing where necessary to help control deformation.
Fiberon™ PET-GF15 is AMS-compatible and can be used with Bambu AMS and other multi-material systems. Its combination of strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, and relatively easy processing makes it an excellent engineering filament for both professional and advanced desktop 3D printing.
