FLEXIBLE 80A RESIN V2
Overview
Flexible 80A Resin V2 is an advanced elastomeric 3D printing material designed specifically for the Form 4 Series. Parts snap back into place energetically and easily withstand repeated cycles of bending, tension, and compression. Featuring a tack-free, matte black finish, this upgraded formulation delivers unmatched durability for functional prototypes and end-use parts.

Why Choose Flexible 80A Resin V2
Resilient elastomeric 3D printing material that rivals the look, feel, and function of 80A cast urethanes, TPUs, and hard rubbers. Highly versatile material ideal for producing both functional prototypes and end-use parts perfectly suited for manufacturing applications like soft inserts, jigs, and fixtures that protect precision components and finished surfaces. Additionally, its resilient, tack-free properties make it an excellent choice for printing reliable components such as custom covers, gaskets, seals, and shock-absorbing bumpers or enclosures.
Performance vs. V1
The new formulation delivers 2x higher tear strength, 2x higher elongation at break, 4x higher rebound, and improved aesthetics and aging compared to the previous version.
