ALUMINA 4N RESIN
Overview
Alumina 4N Resin is a high-density and high-purity technical ceramic 3D printing material with exceptional performance in extreme environments. It allows you to leverage 3D printing to manufacture advanced ceramic components without expensive tooling, reducing production costs and lead times while increasing design freedom. Parts printed in Alumina 4N Resin are thermally resistant, hard, abrasion-resistant, mechanically strong, and chemically inert.

Why Choose Alumina 4N Resin
Alumina 4N Resin is a 99.99% pure alumina technical ceramic with 98.6% relative density, offering exceptional thermal, mechanical, and conductive properties comparable to traditionally manufactured alumina. It enables the fabrication of complex ceramic components with intricate internal channels and lattice structures without expensive tooling or molds. Reliable in extreme applications, it resists compression and deflection with a modulus of 380 GPa, flexural strength over 400 MPa, and a max working temperature of 1500 °C. Recommended applications include heat and electrical insulators, heavy-duty tools, and chemically resistant or wear-resistant components.
