ESD RESIN
Overview
ESD Resin is a specialty material for producing custom ESD-safe prototypes and production tooling to increase operational efficiency and improve the yield of electronics manufacturing lines. Parts printed in ESD Resin are static-dissipative and have high modulus and impact strength similar to ABS. Choose ESD Resin to prototype and validate electronics production workflows, print static-dissipative parts that repel dust and powder, and create enclosures to protect sensitive electronics from static discharge.

Why Choose ESD Resin
Use ESD Resin to reduce risk and increase the yield on your manufacturing line by 3D printing custom tools, jigs, and fixtures for automotive, aerospace, and electronics applications. The material's static-dissipative properties protect critical electronics from unregulated static discharge, preventing component failures. Featuring high modulus and impact strength, ESD Resin is designed to endure operations directly on the factory floor. Ideal applications include tooling and fixturing for electronics manufacturing, custom trays for component handling and storage, as well as anti-static prototypes and end-use components.
