Formlabs Industrial Vacuum 110V — Professional SLS Powder Management

The Formlabs Industrial Vacuum 110V is a dedicated powder-management solution for the Fuse Series SLS 3D printing ecosystem. Designed to work with the Fuse Sift, this industrial vacuum helps operators safely clean excess powder from build chambers, printed parts, and the surrounding workspace.

Because SLS powders can create potential combustible-dust hazards, Formlabs specifies a static-dissipative vacuum that meets NFPA 652 requirements for use with the Fuse Sift. The Industrial Vacuum is certified for operation in Class II Division 2 environments, providing the appropriate safety characteristics for Fuse Series powder handling.

Integrated Fuse Sift Connection

The Industrial Vacuum connects directly to the Fuse Sift powder recovery station, allowing operators to use the vacuum as part of the SLS post-processing workflow.

The integrated vacuum system can be used to:
