Compared with standard Nylon 12 Powder, Nylon 12 Tough provides more than 50% greater elongation, helping parts withstand bending, impacts, and repeated mechanical loading without becoming brittle. The material also provides excellent dimensional accuracy across the build chamber and reduced warping, making it particularly well suited for long parts and components with challenging geometries.

Powder Aging
New Nylon 12 Tough Powder must undergo an initial powder aging process before the first print. This creates the recycled powder required for the material's recommended refresh-rate workflow.

Bed Temperature Tuning
