RIGID 10K RESIN
Overview
Rigid 10K Resin is a highly glass-filled, extremely stiff SLA material designed to simulate the rigidity of machined thermoplastics and metal tooling. Engineered to maintain structural integrity under load, heat, and torque, it prints with a smooth, matte finish while offering high resistance to heat and chemicals. It provides metal-like stiffness to ensure precise, industrial-grade parts that will not deform under sustained pressure.

Why Choose Rigid 10K Resin
Rigid 10K Resin offers high glass-fill reinforcement for extreme stiffness and outstanding thermal and chemical resistance. With an 11,000 MPa tensile modulus, 9,900 MPa flexural modulus, and 88 MPa tensile strength, it resists bending and deformation under sustained loads and torque. A heat deflection temperature of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa allows components to withstand elevated temperatures and exposure to common industrial chemicals. Printed parts exhibit high accuracy and fine feature resolution alongside a smooth, polished matte surface finish. Recommended applications include short-run injection mold masters and inserts, aerodynamic test models, heat-resistant and fluid-exposed components, jigs, and fixtures.
