Tough 1500 Resin V2 is engineered to deliver a balance of stiffness and ductility comparable to polypropylene (PP). It features 10 times higher work of fracture (1011 J/m²) and three times higher Gardner impact strength so parts resist shattering when drilled, tapped, or dropped. With an elongation at break of 155% and high flex fatigue resistance, parts deflect and spring back without deforming over time. High heat deflection temperature (66 °C) and UV resistance ensure reliable long-term performance under demanding environmental conditions.
