BigRep PA12-CF
PA12 CF Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament
PA12 CF is a high-performance engineering filament designed for applications that demand strength, durability, and lightweight performance. Made from Nylon 12 reinforced with 10% chopped carbon fiber, PA12 CF delivers exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability, and a high strength-to-weight ratio.
Engineered for functional parts and production environments, PA12 CF is an excellent choice for tooling, fixtures, jigs, grippers, end-of-arm tooling, and lightweight end-use components. The carbon fiber reinforcement improves rigidity and surface quality while reducing part weight compared to traditional engineering plastics.
In addition to its mechanical performance, PA12 CF offers excellent resistance to oils, alcohols, salts, and many industrial chemicals, making it suitable for demanding manufacturing, automotive, and industrial applications. Its durability and resistance to long-term stress allow printed parts to be used directly from the printer with little or no post-processing.
