Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF High-Temperature Glass Fiber Reinforced PLA Filament
Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF is a high-performance PLA filament reinforced with glass fiber for increased stiffness, strength, durability, and high-temperature stability. It is designed to withstand temperatures up to 150°C without significant sagging or loss of form, making it an excellent choice for demanding functional applications.
HT-PLA-GF combines the familiar printability of PLA with enhanced thermal performance and mechanical properties. The material can be printed at speeds up to 300 mm/s using standard PLA-style settings, making it suitable for both high-speed prototyping and functional production parts.
For applications requiring even greater heat stability, HT-PLA-GF can be annealed at 80–100°C for 30 minutes. Polymaker recommends using a hardened steel or ruby nozzle because the glass fiber reinforcement makes the material abrasive.
