Polymaker™ PETG is an advanced PETG-based 3D printing filament designed to combine high-speed printability with industrial-grade mechanical strength. Engineered as the next-generation successor to PolyLite™ PETG, this updated formula provides superior interlayer adhesion, enhanced toughness, and reduced stringing.
Its high-flow resin blend ensures smooth and consistent extrusion across standard and high-speed FDM/FFF printers. The material offers strong resistance to moisture, UV exposure, and common chemicals, making it a reliable choice for functional parts exposed to demanding environmental conditions.
Polymaker™ PETG is particularly suited for functional prototypes, mechanical components, outdoor tools, gears, jigs, brackets, and end-use manufacturing. It prints easily on open-frame machines without needing a heated enclosure.
One of the key advantages of Polymaker™ PETG is its balance of flexibility, impact resistance, and heat tolerance (~70°C HDT), providing significantly higher durability than standard PLA while maintaining an easy, accessible printing process.

Additional Information
• PETG is naturally hygroscopic; keep filament sealed in a dry box or dry at 60°C for 6 hours prior to printing to prevent stringing
• Replaces and upgrades legacy PolyLite™ PETG with higher speed capability and improved mechanical strength
• Compatible with AMS systems and multi-material setups with hardened spool edges
• UV and weather resistant for outdoor usage
