PolyLite™ PLA-CF 1.75mm Carbon Fiber Reinforced PLA Filament
PolyLite™ PLA-CF is a high-performance PLA filament reinforced with 8% chopped carbon fiber by weight, providing increased rigidity, strength, and dimensional stability compared to standard PLA. Its carbon fiber formulation also produces a distinctive matte black surface finish that helps conceal visible layer lines for a clean, professional appearance.
PolyLite™ PLA-CF is designed for functional prototypes, engineering components, mechanical parts, and other applications where stiffness, precision, and appearance are important. Despite its carbon fiber reinforcement, it maintains the straightforward printing characteristics of PLA and can be printed using standard PLA-style settings.
Key Benefits
• 8% chopped carbon fiber reinforcement
• High rigidity and stiffness
• Improved strength
• Excellent dimensional stability
• Low shrinkage
• Smooth matte black surface finish
• Helps conceal visible layer lines
• Easy to print using PLA-style settings
