Omni3D Factory 2.0 NET Extruders

Fully Automatic Calibration
The Omni Tech is equipped with an extruder automatic leveling system, allowing for automatic calibration of the distance between the nozzle and the table along with automatic calibration of the height of nozzles in relation to each other. This minimizes the overall impact of table unevenness, creating a more even printout and efficient method of production. 

OMNI3D Cooling System
The OMNI3D Cooling System™ allows for improved control over a print's precision. The cooling system lowers the temperature along the filament's "path" by 40 - 60 °C, preventing the filament from reaching its softening point. This provides greater control over both the filament flow and overall printing stability.

OMNI3D Web Control™
Omni3D Web Control™ allows for remote viewing and management of the Omni Tech. Connecting to the printer via the network enables easy temperature preparation and the ability to upload files without the need for physical contact with the printer. The Omni Tech is also equipped with a wide-angle camera that allows for observation of printing progress.
