POWERFUL 3D PRINTING FOR INDUSRTY
OMNI3D Air Circulation System™
The Factory 2.0 is equipped with OMNI3D's Air circulation system which helps to control the temperature of the working space. This ultimately prevents printout deformation during the printing process, because hot air is not directly blown onto the print. This is perfect in situations where printouts are anticipated to endure several dozen or even several hundred hours of continuous printing.
OMNI3D Filament Flow Control™
The Factory 2.0 also includes OMNI3D Filament Flow Control, which allows for user control over the flow of filament. This ensures precision and consistent dimensional repeatability. Thanks to special encoders, the system counts the amount of filament fed and compares it with the given amount in .gcode. When the discrepancies are too large, the printer informs the operator about it to prompt adjustment.
The automatic table leveling system included in the Factory 2.0 enables the printer to accurately level its build plate without the need for manual calibration. This allows for high printing precision, the possibility of immediate printing, and simpler operation for less experienced users.
