Intelligent optical tracking measuring technology and high-quality optical equipment are used in the TrackScan-P42 3D system. It does dynamic 3D measuring with ultra-high precision without the use of markers. This 3D portable cmm scanner is commonly used in quality control, product development, reverse engineering, and other applications.
TrackScan-P42 adapts to a variety of scanning settings by allowing users to flexibly switch between numerous operating modes. Three scanning modes allow for a wide range of scene scans.

The TrackScan-P42 3D system uses clever optical tracking measurement to give instant scanning without markers, dramatically increasing labor efficiency and lowering costs. Easily record 3D data for glossy and dark surfaces, with high environmental, vibration, and thermal fluctuation anti-interference capabilities.
Incredible Attention to Detail
This 3D optical cmm laser scanner provides smooth 3D scanning experiences with 17 blue laser crosses and an ultra-fast scanning rate of up to 1,900,000 measurements/s. Its seven parallel blue laser lines are ideal for catching fine details. The goal of a single blue laser line is to gather 3D data of deep holes and dead angle positions in a short amount of time.
Precise Edge Detection
TrackScan features a stand-out function of instant edge detection. Users can inspect circles, grooves, and machined holes of stamping parts in various finishes on the site without having to import original CAD models. The efficient edge detection is enabled thanks to its gray value measurement and optional auxiliary light module. Good measurements are ensured by delivering accurate and repeatable hole positions and diameters.
Unrivaled Speed & Details
By freely switching between multiple working modes, the TrackScan fits different scanning situations with an accuracy of up to 0.025 mm and an ultra-fast measurement rate of up to 2,600,000 measurements/s. Its 7 parallel blue laser lines perform well for capturing details. A single blue laser line aims to collect 3D data of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas efficiently.
