The Nozzle Wiper serves to clear excess residue that spills from the printer's nozzle. It comprises a PP elastic structure, a PTFE tube, and a locking screw.
If the PP elastic structure deforms or breaks, it's time to replace the nozzle wiper.
Should the PTFE tube loosen and rotate freely, tighten the screws appropriately to secure it in place (be cautious not to overtighten to avoid slippage).
Should slippage happen, replace the nozzle wiper.

Replacing the Nozzle Wiper:
Replace the Nozzle Wiper when it is deformed or cracked.
Tools and materials needed:
- Nozzle wiper
- H2.0 Allen key
Power off the printer and remove the top glass cover. Move the tool head out of the chip chute for better access to the Nozzle Wiper. Remove 1 screw and remove the Nozzle Wiper. Install the new Nozzle Wiper in its place. Screw in 1 screw and put back the glass cover. Check that the Nozzle Wiper and screws are properly seated.
